How do you get promoted back to the rank of Pfc after receiving a company grade article-15?

So I recently got demoted from Pfc to pv2 due to a company grade article-15 and only got 14 days of extra duty and no probation. My ERB still says PFC and my two year mark is in October. Is there still a way that I can make SPC in that time? Although if my erb says SPC by this October would I then be a SPC? Also, I am in the process of re-classing so if I go to AIT at another duty station I will technically go back to the rank of Pfc or whatever rank my erb says at that time right?

I read over some of your responses to others questions and here are a few answers.
1. You need to open the promotion regulation and read it. It's your promotion and until you know the regulation you're begging people to help you, when you know the regulation you can direct them on what must be done. It's your money, you're responsible for it.
2. Your reduction isn't reflected on your ERB because your company hasn't submitted the paperwork yet. Get on them to do that. Your reduction will be effective on your article 15 date. If it takes three months to get done, you've been over paid for three months, and on month four the Army will take all of the extra back.
3. E2 to E3 is not a promotion its an advancement. Advancement doesn't require any recommendations, it's just a 4187 that your Company Commander signs once you meet the requirements again. You don't get recommended for promotion until you're an E4 looking to get promoted to E5.
4. This will almost certainly delay your reclass. The shortest reenlistment for a reclass is three years. The RCP for an E3 is five years. You can't reenlist until you're an E3 at the very minimum. The reenlistment can be longer than three years depending on the school date and MOS. That means if you don't get promoted, get the class seat you want and reenlist by the end of October you will have to wait till you're an E4. If you were just reduced you can't make that time line.
If you were in the middle of a reclass and were reduced you just lost your class seat and can never get it back
5. E1 to E4 is semi automatic. The S1 gives the Commander a list of names every month they are tracking who should get promoted. It's like a train that runs pretty smoothly. When you get reduced you're the train that fell off the tracks. Nobody will be tracking when you need to be advanced in rank and it has to be done manually. Don't expect it to just happen. Don't expect anyone to just do it because it hasn't been done yet. Do expect that you may need to take the reg and speak to the S1 NCOIC if the junior S1 Soldiers say they don't know how to fix it.
6. Don't expect to be able to go to OCS any time soon. It requires recommendations from your Commander, BN CDR, and BDE CDR. It may take a year or two before you can get those after an article 15, but on the good side it was a company grade and won't negatively impact you for long.

You will need to complete 6 months Time In Grade as a PV2 before regaining PFC. There will be NO WAIVERS allowed for you since you were administrative reduced. Then, once you make PFC again, you will have to do the required TIG for that rank as well IOT qualify for SPC. Remember, your advancement is based on the Commander signing the 4187s to advance you to PFC and to SPC. Learn from your error. Become better. Prove yourself.

Thank you for taking time to answer my question, I understand that I will have to start TIG over again which is a bummer, but I have learned from my mistakes and will still continue to learn and better myself as much as I can. I have kept my nose clean since the incident but just now got punished for it even though it happened last year. But like I said I am going to reclass soon which I am looking forward to and after, I want to go officer since I am only a few credits away from my bachelors.

SPC and below are a special kind of rank. The biggest upside of this part of your military career is the limited historic record of your job performance. Yes, you have to start TIG from scratch. I've promoted soldiers to the same rank again multiple times. SPC and below mess ups generally never goes outside of the Company.
Once you make SGT, and start getting NCOER's things follow you till you retire.

I had a reserve soldier do a hit and run with a HUMVEE on a civilian vehicle while on orders, while on post. The local Provost Marshall dumped the whole thing on me. Had he been off post, civilian police would have been involved and it would have been a huge cluster mess for the soldier (probably would have gotten arrested).
Anyway......... what a lucky guy. I threw the book at him as much as I could, and outside of that little circle of his chain of command, no one will be the wiser going forward in life.
Sometimes it's nice to be a PVT.
