What do you want to hear from your Leaders (AF)?

So in the next few weeks I will be writing a Leader's Perspective article for the base paper and I am trying to steer away from the same 'ol cliched topics.

If you had your chance to hear from one of the members of the leadership team on base, what topic would you want to read about?
