I'm cutting my hair to donate it for cancer patients. Any suggestions on which charity to donate to?

I had to cut a lot of my hair off (14") before my 07-08 deployment because my bun was too thick and got in the way of proper wear of my vest and helmet, so I've been trying to grow it back out to the length it used to be. But now that I don't have to have it in a bun all the time, I've found that it's annoying and gets in the way. It's been caught in the car window several times, and it's been pulled when my boyfriend gets in the bed or is trying to get comfortable or stepped on by our dogs. I will definitely miss and possibly regret it after I cut it, but it will grow back eventually. Now I just need to decide which charity to donate to. Does anyone have any experience with anything like this? (Note: The photo of my hair is from last summer, I believe, so it's a few inches longer now.)

Both of my daughters have cut their hair and donated it. My wife has benefited from this charity as she lost her hair during chemo when she was diagnosed at 33 with breast cancer. Great organization and they help a lot of ladies. My wife only wore the wig on one occasion, we had a formal event to attend. Other than that she just rocked the bandana or wore a baseball cap.
