Is there anyway to check the OML for SGT? I am trying to see where I stand to be potentially selected for ALC as that is the last thing I need to meet all the requirements needed to work on getting promoted. I have tried reaching out to the gentleman who does the scheduling for ALC but have not been able to get in contact with him as he has been out of the office according to the auto-reply email that I received and no idea as to how long he will be out of the office. Last I spoke with him I was told to check back after June 12 which was just after he would have completed the selection for the upcoming ALC course in 4 months. I am unsure how long it takes after selections have been made that selected individuals are notified. With the gentleman being out of the office I was not sure if there is a way I can check my standings myself or if it is something that I have to wait on him to return on order to check it. On a side note if there is anyone out there who recently was selected or attended the ALC for 35T has any input on how long it took for you to be notified that would be helpful. Thank you all for your time!

No. There is no public OML for junior NCO's. With that being said, there is a trend report that HRC publishes along with the cut off scores every month. The trend report will break down the amount of points each fully promotable person has within 50 points. This will let you know how many people are within your point range and give you a better idea of where you stand.
For instance, when I got promoted, I knew I was #1 on the promotion list because I was the only person in the 600-649 point range for 14H3O.
Edit- The trend report is only for fully qualified soldiers.

SGT (Join to see) - No problem. Im unsure when HRC came out with the trend report, because I dont remember it being around when I went up for E5... or maybe I was just ignorant to it.

So I found the list you are talking about but unfortunately that does not help me currently. It states that it reflects only fully eligible Soldiers: BLC Trained SPC(P) / ALC Trained SGT(P). I still need ALC which is why i was wondering about being able to check the OML myself since i can not get in touch with the gentleman who schedules the course. Last he told me was I was 16 on the list for ALC which was back in early May. Since then my points have gone up significantly but am not sure if they went up enough to make any change to my standing on the ALC list as they only select 10 from the list to be sent.

SGT (Join to see) - I've edited my initial post to reflect that the trend report is only for fully qualified soldiers. Sorry!

I don't believe the OML is public.
