Your Soldiers are promotable due to MLI, the new directive will not change their promotable status

so they would keep their promotable status from MLI, like me for example i came over from the USMC to the ARMY and was dropped from BLC due to a wording issue on my P. Profile, and i have blc in September. So what i understood is that if we had it prior to the new directive we keep it almost like a "grandfather clause". Correct?

SGT(P) (Join to see) the directive has nothing to do with determining your promotable status. The wording of your question is weird so I'm not sure what you're asking. But if you are MLI you are promotable

I read the Directive a little closer and the answer is that there is currently no answer. The Army will publish a MILPER message before the Directive goes into effect

Things are changing rapidly under the new "CIC". It's a good question but may have a different answer than months ago.
