Can someone help me with what S1 told me about updating my Correspondence hours? Anyone out there have any S1 experience able to help me out? Went to my S1 yesterday to try getting my correspondence hours fixed, took my transcript from Atrrs with me and was told he needed the codes from JKO otherwise it would take hours to search for the courses. A little backstory I was active duty almost 6yrs then went reserves for about 4yrs and got back into active duty in 2018 no breaks in service between active and reserves. When coming back to active duty hours(over400) were erased among several other things on ERB that have since been fixed. Since getting back into active duty I have gained a couple hundred more hours but was trying to see if my prior hours could be put back on as well as try figuring out why only half of the hours I have done over last month were being credited to my ERB. I did try looking through JKO but can not locate course codes for any of the courses that were completed through Skillport. I am Trying to figure out if I am missing something or was given incorrect information. Any advice would be appreciated.

Someone should point out that those three digit codes are only for adding military education to your ERB, not correspondence courses. Corresponce courses are fed by a different database than Emilpo. Submit a trouble ticket to the website of the courses you are missing

Someone has to have the excel file with all of the 3 letter codes for courses, it's a fairly common file that circulates. I don't have my SOCOM email anymore otherwise I'd send it right over.
If you only did a sub course the hours don't count, it has to be the full course to get credit now.

As far as I am aware they were all complete courses, someone told me to check a website that has an updated list of SRB codes. so I am going to try that now

The file was located on the old AKO under the emilpo help desk link. But that's dead now. I figure it's probably hosted on milsuite now

For the hours that went missing that was Army wide. I can’t remember the details but correspondence did a complete overhaul and what I heard was only complete course at the time were kept and partial classes were erased. So, I don’t think you will be able to get them back.

Yeah that was effective June 1 2011 but the hours were still there on ERB up until I reenlisted in 2018

I think active and reserve do promotion differently so when you went active you fell under that way of doing points. SGT (Join to see)

See the confusing part is when I transferred from active duty in 2014 I had just over 400 correspondence hours on my last AD erb , when looking at my SRB from coming back into active from reserves in 2018 I still had just over 200 correspondence hours(which when adding up hours that we know no longer count towards correspondence hours the math is accurate.) Then the next erb I have from about 60days after being back in AD my erb reflects 0 correspondence hours. That's where the confusion on my part happens. How did my srb reflect having the 200+ still when I first got back in but then disappeared just a couple months later.
