Are Commercially available shirts allowed with the ASU shirt maker being shut down?

The ASU Shirt maker was shut down most likely due to Covid. Can anyone tell me if commercially available shirts are allowed in lieu of not having the actual shirt? White ASU short sleeve. I have hearsay , but I want to know where if anything was legitimately authorized? Any command policy letters or anything like that to reference? Just looking to clear the matter up. (Army) State Defense Force ( State Guard) members such as myself, don't presently have access to the Exchanges. We don't always get the same memos passed down to us and I am needing a shirt for a class B uniform.

AR 670-1, par 2-10.a. ... Commercially purchased items that are authorized for wear in lieu of military-issued items must conform to the basic specification of the military-issued item, unless otherwise specified in this regulation.
