I have a soldier who took a week of leave, he was overcharged by 14 days and is trying to get the situation fixed. Our S1 told him he needed a leave reimbursement form, and instead of giving an example or the form number, told him to kick rocks.
I have searched online, did google searches and checked AR 600-8-10 and didn’t find anything relevant. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I've never heard of a leave reimbursement form. Usually if the Soldier is incorrectly charged for leave the S1 - who submitted the info to charge them - submits supporting documents to fix it. Talk to the S1 NCOIC. If they push you off, head over to the IG with proof of your Soldiers actual leave days that were taken. They will instruct your S1 how to fix it

Never heard of that form. In fact if he has been overcharged it is the burden of the command to poroduce the document with which the Service Member took the alleged leave.

Sounds like a conversation to have with the S1 NCOIC. Probably an easy fix if you go to the right people.
