I am trying to go from national guard to active duty and have the support from my unit and commander and I’m waiting on the general to sign my paperwork. My question what is the possibility of them allowing me to switch my MOS from 13B to something else? It looks like the army is in need of my MOS but I don’t want to stay a 13B and if everything is approved but I’m told I have to stay a 13B can I just decline to go active unless I get a reclass and finish the remainder of my national guard contract?

This will all depend on Needs of the Army and what MEPS Career Counselor has to say. You may be able to switch, but you won't know until you get thru MEPS. What did your AD Recruiter tell you?

Possible reclass when going from Army National Guard to Active Duty? | RallyPoint
I served in the Marine Corps from 2011 to 2015 and is now currently serving in the Army National Guard with a ets date for Feb 2022. I plan on going Active Duty and my question is since I’m a 88m will I have the opportunity to reclass to either a 13F or 19k? And I also am MOS qualified for 13B from my Marine Corps years. And I’m going to BLC this October so will a possible promotion to SGT have any affects on a possible reclass?
