What military training or schools are there on Fort Belvoir, Fort Lee and Fort Story base that are worth promotion points?

Fort Lee has a great deal of advanced (post AIT) training for quartermaster soldiers, especially those with the MOS 92A. In addition to the multitude of courses available through the Army Logistics University (https://alu.army.mil/), the Quartermaster School (see “Training Departments at https://quartermaster.army.mil/ ) also has a schedule of ongoing classes in addition to Basic and Advanced NCO Leadership Schools. There are ASI courses such as ULLS-AE, Sling Load certifications, Logistics certifications, Army Instructor certifications, and more.
I agree with the advice given to speak to your training NCO to identify what ASI courses are available for your MOS and speak to your NCO supervisors about having them support your attendance. Note ASI training is usually reserved for soldiers whose units require those skills based of mission, but it’s possible some school slots may be available if there aren’t enough such applicants. Follow the “it doesn’t hurt to ask (respectfully)” adage, but be ready to accept the fact that you may not qualify based on circumstances.
You might want to also inquire if there are virtual or remote course options that won’t require travel to Fort Lee.
Good luck.

SGT (Join to see) my pleasure. I’m just an old soldier passing along knowledge and experience. Note, I was a 92F Senior Instructor at the Petroleum and Water Department School at Fort Lee. Transportation and Ordnance school were added to Fort Lee since then. I’m sure they also have ASI and SSI training available. Your S3 should be able to assist with that.

Like mentioned before all those bases are different. In Fort Story you won’t find any training or military course. My BN is there, Fort Story is a Join Base with a Navy Base. If you want to know what’s is at Fort Lee, go to the ALU ( Army Logistics University) website and they have numerous courses that you will have to go on TDY.

Well all are different Bases. Fort Lee is all TRADOC, Fort Belvoir headquarters for the Defense Logistics Agency, the Defense Acquisition University, the Defense Contract Audit Agency, the Defense Technical Information Center, the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command, the United States Army Military Intelligence Readiness Command, the Missile Defense Agency, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. And I have only been to Ft. Story to visit as I think it is more a History Oriented base. I lived on Belvoir, and had had all my schools at Ft. Lee. So, I guess it all depends on what your are looking for. Get with your training NCO to see what schools are available to you.
