I applied for the AGR program on January 23rd 2021 the panel date that I was given was April 2- April 6 2021 HRC website says it was April 5th - April 9th 2021 has anyone here gone through the process recently and can tell me about how long it takes to find out if your recommended or not? My current status is application received- enlisted I’m told it’s been around 1-2 weeks for them to release the panel list thanks for your time

I am in the same boat as you . I applied in early January for the April board. I just received the board results today saying I was recommended but still no official job offer. I guess it is just a waiting game.

I think it’s different boards for us sir. I’m enlisted I haven’t gotten the chance to check my email today but I will be checking it today. I know the HRC website still shows that it’s only been received.

It is always a waiting game, but worth it.
It took me 3 months from application to transportation to Ft McCoy.
It's been 10 years since I retired as an AGR soldier. I was fortunate to have had good units till my last one which was a medical unit, I wanted to go back to a Engineer unit.
Faster pace and you have the resources to do your job.

I am AGR. The best bet is to just wait until you get an email. No point of losing sleep since it depends on the needs of the army and availability. I remember being recommended the first time and I did not hear anything. The second time I applied and was recommended, I randomly received a phone call for an AGR position. I almost ignored the phone call.
If you do not get recommended the first time, keep on trying!
