Do I go to S1 to sort out clothing allowance?

I used to get my clothing allowance on my anniversary month every year.
However I haven't received my clothing allowance on this year of anniversary month.
Was it S1 where I have to go in order to figure this out?

I would go to finance - that's where S1 is probably going to tell you to go anyway.
