I will be PCS'ing to Germany in the coming months and recently applied for command sponsorship. So far, it's been over 30 days since I requested command sponsorship, however, I recently received amended orders that say concurrent travel is authorized for my spouse.

Concurrent travel just means that you travel together. If your spouse's name is on the orders then your command sponsorship is approved

Yes and no. The approval of Command Sponsorship before your report date, allows to have concurrent travel. So it is cascaded effect.

Concurrent travel allows your dependents to travel with you, or after you. Once approved, you will receive an MFR with the names of the approved command sponsored dependents. Do not assume it’s been approved until you physically have that MFR
