I am a 25B and I've been told that my mos is at a dead end. I only have the option of reclassing or getting out. I like my job but it would be nice to do something different. What MOSs should I look into if I am trying to reclass?

It really depends on where you see yourself in 10-20 years. Do you plan on staying in, making the Army a career and retiring? If that is your plan I would look at a MOS that has good promotion potential that offers you the best opportunity to reach the highest rank.
If you see yourself getting out, you may want to look for a skill that will make your transition to the civilian life easier.
Good luck!

unsure if they actually did allow females into 13R MOS. when I was ETSing, I think they had just started, but Im not sure. if they do, 13R is great for promotion and on the civilian side, I had an offer from lockheed martin, I didnt take it, because I didnt want to go to Afghanistan again, even as a civilian.

SPC Feltz,
If you want to reclass, you need to see your retention NCO. Before you do that, have you taken advantage of the certification opportunities for the 25 series? Are you A+ certified? You have a chance to be certified in the field that is highly sought after on the outside. Get enrolled and make yourself better!
