Are Civil Affairs Sergeants (E-5s specifically) required to live in the barracks once they arrive at 95th CAB?

Your MOS has nothing to do with BAH entitlements. Even SF E5s have to live in the barracks when there is availability.

If you were to attend CAAS this month, you would have close to 2 years before you would possibly report to the 95th, 3 if you go Medic. A lot can happen in that time, and if they do go to the B's (which I don't believe they do) it wouldn't be for long and definitely should NOT be a reason to decide to go to ARSOF or not.

Yeahh buddy, unless you are married/receive BAH you'll be in the barracks until SSG. There are some circumstances where units can/will authorize BAH for SGT and below, but not the normal.
