I hold 13p a Secondary MOS. I am wanting to go back to the FDC after I finish this deployment. I Know that 13P no longer exists, as it was changed to 13J. Will I need to go to a full MOS reclass or is there a conversion course I can take while I’m deployed?

When I got out and finally got my dd214, I saw that I had been awarded the 13j mos even though I went to AIT for 13p. I never went to a conversion/reclass school for 13j.

There is not a course I’m aware of, as I’ve heard from the 13D I served with in my last unit. They were awarded 13J as there MOS because it was a consolidation of several fire control MOSs. Good luck!
