So I have had a long standing issue with the administration at the VA hospital in Seattle.  There has been a constant of dropping the ball on coordination between that hospital and the Boise Idaho hospital.  Especially with travel for surgery appointments.  They may not think of it as a big deal to make the arrangements last minute and inform me last minute; however it is quite aggravating especially for evasive procedures, and the length of time it as taken to accomplish it.  Which still hasn't been completed.  Who else is having these issues?  How do fix this problem?

I've heard from a lot of Veterans many of the same issues. I don't know if there is a viable solution to the problem. I can completely understand your frustrations though. Have you tried taking your concerns up the chain at the Hospital, to the administrator?

I have multiple times at multiple levels.  I am just short of filing a congressional inquiry.  However I would like to get my implant teeth before I go through with that.  One would think that they would fire an individual who constantly drops the ball on their job as a civilian.  I swear they get promoted on a complaint based system it seems like.

So I found out yesterday that one of the admins that was causing a lot of grief has been forced retired.
