Can we get rid of the Profile building aid that takes up the top part of the screen?

I've been a member for awhile. My profile is 100% complete. I've added all that there is to add. But still when I go to my updates page, the top half of the screen is this screen asking me to add more information that in my case, doesn't exist.

Is there a way, or can we get a way to turn this off? Maybe once your profile is 100% complete it goes away automaticly
