What's the requirements for E-7? All i can find is 6 years TIS, which i have, but it shows that I'm not eligible for promotion? I will have 24 months as a staff sergeant this august. Any info would help since I have been told different things from 1SG's and SMA. Thanks in advance?

It's 3 years TIG on the month you pin. It was changed earlier this fiscal year.
