Is it possible to do an inter-agency transfer during or after finishing the Pathways Recent Graduates Program?

If so, has anyone do an inter-agency transfer during or after the finished the program? I'm currently under the program and although the training is being done remotely and not too bad, the job is nothing like what I expected it to be. Also, do you usually get converted into a permanent or term appointment after you finish the program? Any form of advice and recommendation is highly appreciated!! Thank you
