Currently stationed in Germany and recently submitted a 4187 for an IPCOT. It has been approved by my Brigade commander, but I have since learned that HRC is the final approving authority. I was told that since it was approved by the Brigade commander there is a very good chance that HRC will approve it as well. Can anyone attest to this?
