I was an 18x dropout and was placed into 11b, but after a year and a half I have no drive in it and want to reclass. All of my line scores are good my lowest is a 117 I have no flags or negative actions. I just want to know what my options are

Keep with retention, normally no reclass until 1 yr from ETS. No drive, comes across as sad.

Few things:
1. “I have no drive in it”. Bad choice of words! It tells me you are no longer motivated to perform a Soldier, regardless the MOS.
2. Regarding your options. Have you talked with your retention? I’m sure he/she can give you the answer you are looking for (or get it for you). Also, since you stated you have high line scores (ASVAB), have you considered becoming a Flight WO?

Nope. Not till you're at your first duty station for a while. You want to reclass you need to talk to your Career Counselor.
This is exactly why I tell people never to enlist as an 18X. Everyone says "I don't intend to fail". Nobody intends to fail, yet about 90% never make it through the course and get reclassed.
