What should I expect from the AGR Recruiting and Retention Board?

Hello everyone.

I would greatly appreciate some advice regarding the AGR Recruiting and Retention board. The board will be in January, with an exact date TBD. I have attended Soldier of the Month boards, my Promotion Board, and the BLC-DLA board, therefore, I am going to assume that it is very similar with regards to formalities and uniform expectations.

For those that may have experience in this area, what questions should I be prepared for? Are these questions that I should begin studying for, such as the ADP's, ATP's, etc.?
