Where can I get access to Army Technical Manuals online?

I use the Army Publishing Directorate for most Army documents but some of the newer documents direct me to the Logistics Data Analysis Center website which doesn't allow access without special authorization. Preferably in PDF format.

You won't be able to. They are controlled. You can request access to the system yourself or get with someone that has access to it. Your supply SGT should be able to pull them for you.
