Can I rollover drill pay into a TSP account and avoid having to pay the VA back for going to drill?

So if you’re getting a disability rating and are still going to drill, I’m aware that you have to pay the VA back for all of that drill pay. My question is, can I rollover all or some of that money into a TSP account and not get charged the same by the VA?
