Are TPU on ADOS required to upload orders in DTS when going TDY ?

In what regulation does it state because I couldn’t find anything in JTR and SM in ADOS use OMAR funds. Please advise, thanks!

Yes, of course. That's a substantiating document. Those orders justify approving the authorization.

Thanks SFC, that’s exactly what I thought. Is that the SM(36A) said that when SM are in long term orders is not needed.

not sure the reg and it's been several years but the last time I went TDY while on ADOS orders I had to upload orders into DTS.

Depends on the unit, agrs dont upload their orders. In my command we use an internal TDY authorization form signed off by the SSA or S3 OIC stating that you are authorized to utilize the omar funds for travel. It also includes a breakdown of what your authorization states will be the cost. In the end its up to your command on what they will require you to upload.
