What are the jobs that you would recommend? I am open for anything. I’ve been thinking about being a medic, human interrogator, avionics mechanic, and military police. Open to lots more. I just don’t wanna hate what I do. How hard is it to become a pilot?

I went to the library and checked out the ASVAB book and studied it. I could have been an officer with my score (ended up as an MP) but chose the enlisted for the camaraderie. I should hecho gone Recon being #1 in my series in PT, but regrettably chose MP. The world is yours. You have choices. Make the decision based on your heart, not the easy road as I did. Seek challenge. Conquer them and if you fail, you have experience on your resume.

There are so many variable to this conversation. In choosing an occupation field there are several things to consider;
Are you looking to learn a skill to carry on in life after service?
Do you just want to go have a really cool adventure and then hit the workforce?
Do you want to do 20+ years and retire?
Take the ASVAB. Use those scores to guide you in your decision making.
Talk to all branches recruiters. Do not commit to anything until you are ready.
Good luck. Serving my country and the rewards that came from it were a blessing in my life. I would not be where I am today if I had not raised my right hand on my 17th birthday.

Look at what you want to do after you get out of the military. If one of those is what you would want to do in the civilian world, then go with that one.
