I'm trying to reclass to it but our career counselor is having a hard time finding any information on it. It was offered to me from HRC but typically15 series jobs are closed to E5 and up unless you have held a 15 series MOS in the past.

That is exactly correct, plus you have to have a flight physical. 15C is a new enlisted MOS effective this Fiscal Year. MOS 15W was split into two MOS's for the different UAS platforms. The requirements are listed in DA Pam 611-21 chapter 10C. I can't imagine your Career Counselor not knowing where to look for the requirements. It was displayed on your offered MOS's because it is available to E5s, just not all E5s. It's the responsibility of the Career Counselor to review what are called the Extended Qualifications before locking in the class seat.
In order to get that class seat you would have to contact the proponent and ask for a grade waiver. If you're a non promotable E5 you will probably be approved. Before you show up to school you would need a grade waiver and flight physical in hand.

15C is no longer an offered MOS. There may have been a mistake when it was offered to you. Now 35F fill what used to be the 15C MOS

That is innacurate. Effective FY21 Greay Eagle and Shadow UAS career paths have been split in two. 15C is Grey Eagle Operator and 15M is maintainer. Shadow will retain the 15W and 15E MOS’

15C is an Officer MOS. It's a dual branch Aviation and Intelligence MOS, where the officer pilots Army FW (predominantly SEMA) aircraft.

15C is also the new UAS Operator MOS starting FY21 Sir. They split the Grey Eagle and Shadow into two different career fields for both operators and maintainers. 15C and 15M for Greg Eagle, and 15W and 15E for Shadows

SFC (Join to see) - Interesting... I'm not sure how they can have two completely different MOS's with the same alphanumeric identifier. My guess would be it's an oversight when they assigned the number and one of them will need to change.

CW4 Keith Dolliver it’s the same for Captains post career course as our Engine mechanics. Both are 15B

SFC (Join to see) - Hmm... I didn't realize they did that. Doesn't seem logical to me, but learn something new everyday I guess.
