Volunteering for SFAB, PCM isn’t returning emails nor phone calls. How can I go about getting my SF600 signed?

Currently deployed and I’m trying to prepare my paperwork to submit to SFAB. Any advice would be appreciated.

You can't go to selection without an SF600 and your whole packet complete and that could be months while deployed. But then again, you're not going to go to selection until after you return from your deployment anyway.
What you could try is to submit your packet without the SF600 and ask for a class date, just get the document before you redeploy. If be more worried about the time lag on getting the 4187 signed from your BDE CDR.

Talk to your 1sg, they should be able to email directly to the PA for signature.

I would look at getting your medical team, wherever your deployed, to look at and sign the SF-600. If I'm not mistaken as this is a Chronological Record of Medical Care Form.

You are right on the title of the form however it really is a generic progress note that units can put on there anything they want. It is likely the SF community has a unique one they need filled out.

SSG (Join to see) - Any medical personnel should do, if they have them. They'll have access to all your information.
