So they are discussing pay cuts to increase military readiness? So Congress is going to take a pay cut to increase our readiness? That makes sense to me, maybe they will put us in less quagmires. Oh wait, you mean they are proposing cutting our pay? Yeah, I see the force diminishing greatly if that happens.

This reminds me of the 90's drawdown, when the Army started pulling out of Berlin and west Germany. since I was a Pershing2 missile crewmember, I do understand the heart pain it will cause to use and or families.
