For a male that’s 24 Y/O what are the APFT standards for 2020?

Trick question. The APFT doesn't exist anymore. The ACFT is now the PT test of record as of 1 OCT.

I was told that the ACFT won’t be the test of record until 2022. For new soldiers they’ll have to take the APFT and that score would be good for 2 years. SFC Michael Hasbun

PFC (Join to see) - Negative. As of 1 OCT 2020 the ACFT replaced the APFT. Having said that, failures cannot be held against you and it cannot be mentioned on Evals, nor can you be flagged until March 2022.

With that being said your unit can still administer the test... and regardless of said flagging rules go ahead and fail it and identify yourself. Do the best you can and reinforce weak events. Also try to google these answers for yourself. This is a great place for questions and issues but this is a really simple thing to look up with not much interpretation. Do your best... front towards the enemy

APFT is now like the Dodo bird. It is extinct. It is now the ACFT. Gender and Age no longer have a play. It will now be based on your MOS and unit type (last I was tracking). Check the link.
