It is a step in the right direction. Hopefully it is the start of a movement in the right direction rather than appeasement meant to stem the tide of complaints. I really sincerely hope that the idiots in charge of the VA are finally getting the message that those they serve are pissed, and tired of the piss poor management followed by excuses.
