Are there any 31B duty stations with more law enforcement road work than field work?

My thoughts as an MP with 24 years is you want that mixture. Working LE is great but you lose the edge on combat related skills especially in most of the TRADOC Law and Order Detachments. Having that balance surely sets you up as a leader of being knowledgeable on both fronts. Most of your FORSCOM units rotate being LE and Field if they are not on patch chart for deployment or rotation overseas. Some units are on rotations abs conduct LE as well as combat field cycles during rotation.

If you want to primarily work the road, you need to go to a TRADOC base (Lee, Meade, Jackson, Gordon, Huachuca, etc). You still have the chase of being deployed from those bases but it is less likely than any other base.

I spent a year a half at Ft. Meade, MD in The Military District of Washington, and it was 100% Road Work. We did some awesome Training, but there was no going to The Field. I have heard things have changed in The MDW, but I am not 100% sure. It would be the Area to look if an Area exists. FYI, this does not mean You do not PT before and/or after Shift work. I was also Black Boot Army at the time so You had to keep You Uniform Pressed and Boot mirror shiny.
