Do ROTC units maintain student Common Core Task List training files?

The Master Common Core Task List specifies what training is required for ROTC cadets at two levels: BOLC-A and BOLC-B. Even under the best of circumstances there are many reasons why an indivivdual cadet may missed some training (e.g., illness, injury, emergency leave. etc). Other situation may arise when a student transfers school or joins for the last two years. This is certainly aggravated by Covid-19 constraints. Are cadet training records maintained that a cadet can verify the required training has been completed? PS Having such a training record would enable to cadet to self assess proficiency in required tasks.
