Is it possible to waive or get an ETP for the SRR requirement when voluntary reclassing?

I reclassed to 68C (LPN) back in 2017 due to EOD being over-strength. It has a service remaining requirement of ~30mo. I would like to reclass back to EOD as it is for my career progression and they have a serious need for EOD qualified personnel. Is it possible to waive or get an ETP for SRR? I have scoured the pubs looking for any sign of such a thing with no luck.

The SRR is for the training not for reclass. You’re is called a reclass without training. But you will have to reenlist when they move you after your reclass

If I understand correctly, you have completed EOD training before reclassing to 68C.
If that is the case, going back to EOD would not be a reclass, just a reassignment.
However, you owe 30 months in 68C, and without a waiver, you can't change back to your orginal MOS until your reenlistment window, SFC (Join to see) would be able to explain that better.
