Fedrec Status of Scroll P23-20?

The career tracker G1 portal has not been working for me, last I saw was at OTJAG a few weeks back, but as far as I know the scroll started several months ago.

I am on U23-20 and it still shows "0" day in the tracker. However, it has been this way for weeks and I know they update the tracker manually.
