I came down on recruiting orders. I have a warrant packet pending, and I am pretty confident it is solid enough to get picked up. Once my packet is approved, what steps do I follow to get my recruiting orders cancelled. I already know warrant orders supersede recruiting orders, but I don't know the exact steps to take to ensure the recruiting orders go away.

You are counting chickens before they are hatched. Having confidence you are selected as a warrant officer is not as solid as having orders for recruiting. I was confident I would get picked up to be a warrant but it took two times at the board for selection. I was also confident I would be picked up for a direct commission program but there was a delay in the process and it took six additional months for them to go through the process.
When you are selected, being positive for you, it will all fall into place. you will be sent where you need to be sent and orders that need to be cancelled will be cancelled. I have seen soldiers show up for duty only to be told they got orders for something else a week later and they were gone. Hopefully it will all get settled before you go to recruiting school.
Good luck.

Did you contact the warrant recruiters with your question? Or recruiter branch?
