I start Terminal leave in 52 days, but I’m officially out Jan 15th, is there any regulation regarding pulling duty/staff duty? I’m on read d because of how close I am To getting out. But I’m on staff duty 2-3xs a month and whatever detail, and that makes It difficult for SFL and other transition classes to get done. Is there any regulation that I can use to help me out?

Yes, you cannot pull staff duty the ten days you are allotted for clearing. You are allotted 18 months to complete SFLTAP.

What regulation covers that? Because they gave me CQ on my final out date.

CPL (Join to see) your post clearing policy and clearing orders will tell you that your one and only job during clearing is to clear. The person who made the schedule probably doesn't realize it's your last day. The schedule is usually made the halfway through the previous month

Nope, you are a Soldier and free game until you sign out on leave.
Some commands have internal policies about x amount of days to clear; where in theory they would let you focus on out processing, clearing the installation, and completing SFL-TAP.
SFL-TAP courses are available on JKO - you could do them during staff duty.

No there is not. Particularly when the unit is deployed. Rear D is always made up of those who are ETS, bew arrivals and those with medical issues. The best you can ask for is to provide the rear D Leadership with your out processing schedule and they can try to accommodate. Soldier!
