What are your thoughts about the mechanisms of lawfully killing someone?

Nitrogen Asphyxiation.
Like a gas chamber, but "normal" air. Air is 78% Nitrogen, 21% Oxygen, .5% CO2. Take the Oxygen out, replace it with Nitrogen, and the person is knocked unconscious in seconds, dies peacefully in minutes, and there is no "contamination."

SPC Jan Allbright, M.Sc., R.S. This method alleviates all my major concerns regarding all the other methods (cruel & unusual). It's essentially as quick and as painless as it can be. There is no logistical concerns. I have always said ignore "cost" (as in $), but this one answers that for those who are worried about it, since Nitrogen is as close to "free" as you can get.

I think this is probably the best way to do it. I said an automated firing squad but that is messy (I liked it because it would be quick and should be 100% effective).
