I am Currently in ARMY Reserve Unit in South Korea, My wife is Active and she PSC'S soon (in a few months) to 51st Battalion in WA , I want to transfer to WA but I don't know anything over there ( Units) I am looking to transfer TPU to TPU.

There are multiple units in Washington. There are 3 reserve centers on JBLM with multiple units. There are also reserve centers in Tumwater, Tacoma, and Marysville. (Those are the locations I'm familiar with on the west side of the state.) We have legal, IG, chaplain, transportation, civil affairs, military intelligence, sustainment, regional support, and medical units. You shouldn't have a problem finding a position.

I know there are two Preventive Medicine units located on JBLM. Not sure of any others. Get with your Retention NCO/Career Counselor and ask them to do a search of Reserve units around the area. I'd look on my government computer but that is back at the house.

Fairchild AFB has a Army Reserve/NG building on it. That is where I work. It has a DS unit, Eng unit, Medical and Preventive Med unit, and Transportation Det. NG has a counter drug unit, transportation, and a MI unit. SPC (Join to see)
