I'd have to go with Respect, If I had to write one in, I'd select Loyalty what's yours?

The old saying is Integrity is what you do when nobody else is looking. So very true.

Truthfully... I want to see ALL these qualities in a Leader although Integrity is arguably the most important.

These are all great qualities indeed, integrity is vitally important to leadership. Is there one you'd add MSgt Steven Holt, NRP, CCEMT-P?

Loyalty, although that may fall under the "Integrity" and "Respect" categories as well.

I choose empowers, I cannot stand micro-managers or a boss who does not trust in my ability.

Same here, SGT James Elphick! I selected "empowers" because my leaders can have all the integrity and empathy in the world, but if they don't step back and let me do my job, they're obstacles to accomplishment of the mission.
