How will not having a current PT Test because of COVID affect me and my reenlistment?

So i'm getting out in NOV of this year and my PT test is not current, my unit hasn't taken or will take a PT test till next year because of COVID how will this affect me and my reenlistment?

If your most recent passing APFT was March 2019 or later, that APFT is valid through March 2022 for reenlistment, schools and promotion.
If it is not, you need a new passing APFT.
If it is not, you need a new passing APFT.

You can take an APFT up until SEP 30. If your last APFT was prior to March 2019 you need one. Talk with your SQ or PSG to get it set up.
