Are there any current travel restrictions on international leisure travel on leave from the DOD, or U.S. Army for active duty personnel?

International leave is currently not authorized. You should probably ask your first line for local policies. If individuals overseas are not allowed more than 10 days of PCS leave and it has to be taken at their next assignment, why on earth would you be able to take leisure leave overseas?
