Cops say crooks are stupid and that is why they get caught. Now there's a new crime spree with crooks doing the lowest of the lows. They are scumbag cowards, and the worst low life's I ever heard of.

Metro detectives noticed a rise in iPad thefts from juveniles about three months ago, Cassell said.

The crime is part of a trend called “apple picking” — street slang used to describe thefts of Apple products, such as iPhones, iPods and iPads, Cassell said.

That is one low life thug. It seems as though he was casing the parking lot for an easy target. I hope that he gets caught.

These thugs see children as an easy target. Unfortunately, it's a modern update of the old idiom "like stealing candy from a baby".

Why? Cause it's easy. Like taking candy from a baby. Actually, more like taking highly portable and valuable electronics from a baby. No one deserves to lose their life, liberty or property, but rules of nature dictate that predators target the young, weak and old. Know this and adapt to it.
