I was listening to the radio on the way to PT, half asleep and driving I wasnt paying to much attention to the conversation. I heard one of the guys say that there are classified sections of the constitutional amendments that protect "Seal team Six" and "delta force" as well as the CIA and other such organizations. I cant remember the dudes name and I cant seem to find anything on it. Just wondering if someone knows if its true or not? Sounded like BS to me what little I heard.

SGT Blackburn,
Respectfully, you are wise to suspect the entire conspiracy theory is horse hockey.
There are absolutely no classified portions of the US Constitution or the Amendments.
There are a broad range of interpretations of Executive Privilege starting with Nixon.
Of course, this is only the opinion of a simple army nurse. Your mileage may vary.

No, there are not any "classified" sections of the Constitution. That's pretty silly and definitely one of those conspiracy theory things. Ridiculous!!!<br>
