I think we make all members involved enlist (draft), and serve their country, then decide what they think of the military, wounded warriors, and veterans.

Inexcusable behavior. They need to be held accountable for their actions.
Personally I'd love to get a group of vets and beat the hell of them but they aren't worth going to jail for.

Why stoop to their level, at least we had class in and out of uniform! Too bad "join the service or go to jail" has gone out of style, this would be a perfect case for reviving it.

My wife received her Bachelor's degree from UF. She loves that school. I know that she is going to be hurt and angry when she reads the article (which I just sent to her). The positive is that the school seems to be taking quick and strong action to let the students know that this behavior is unacceptable. The negative is well pretty much the whole situation. I went to college, and I got drunk, but I have never gotten so drunk that pissing and puking on those who served this nation seemed like a good idea.

I disagree with COL Charles Williams in one respect. I don't think they should be forced to serve in the armed forces. I think that would just cause resentment for the military. I think that they should be forced as a condition of remaining in school to do community service at the nearest VA facility. Let them help care for the very people that they dehumanized. Let them see just what these warriors have sacrificed so that they can be drunken frat boy assholes.
