Can you lose your promotable status if the APFT expires on the PPW? I’m tracking the update on the extension for March 2022 but I’m asking pertaining to the worksheet?

No. Your APFT from FY20 will be used until further notice. That is for promotions, PME, etc. HRC has published guidance on this that can be found on the S1Net on milsuite. CAC access will get you in to the site

I believe you should be using data for APFT from your most recent record apft. SGT (Join to see)

Tracking. I passed my pt test last year in November. Coming up on my 6 months COVID came and I was told that my unit was not conducting any more PT tests due to the MILPER. Everybody is tracking but is the system tracking it? My PPW is still counting down the days that it expires. So I’m asking if it matters regardless? It seems like the PPW is still operating under “normal” conditions.

Yeah I have seen and heard this a lot. HRC has published guidance on how to update on DTMS. This is all still very fluid and updates change almost daily. I recommend checking out the S1NET on milsuite that will provide you the most up to date info from HRCSGT (Join to see)

PPW is going to track as normal, but it does not count as directives have come down that render it moot for the time being. Basically as long as you have a passing APFT score that will be used for all things and schools until further notice. The only ones that have to take APFT tests are those under flag. HRC has a workaround from what I am tracking.
