Pricket, While the Constitution does not mention God nor a higher power, The declaration of independence, which the Constitution's ideas are based upon, Does. Specifically the Bill of rights. As per the Declaration of Independence "Men are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights". Not to understand the difference between freedom OF religion and freedom FROM religion reveals the likelihood you would just as easily followed Marx, Stalin, Mao and Hitlers doctrines as well, just to name a few of the masters of the slaughter of humanity with such forked tongue words of deceit and manipulation. Furthermore, separation of church and state was and is specifically intended to prevent religious regimes like Islam where religion, law and government are one in the same. Seidel and others like him have carved a neat little niche in the litigious world of evil doers twisting and confounding truth to line his pockets, as do most in his profession. They rely on the weak minded and ignorant for their support.
