I can hardly find any info on what AIT or what it might be like once you get into your unit.

If CSM Wise is still at Ft Eustis you’ll have a good time. The avionics guys in my unit aren’t busy most of the time from what I’ve seen but they’re decent and do what I ask them without fussing. Pretty decent when you work with professionals like that

15F is amazing MOS but you shouldn’t be lucky enough to get to units which works on helicopters and not just giving all work orders to civilians because yoi and almost all your section either doing details or either going to the range non stop or other admin bs. AVNX section comstantly busy more than even 15T sometimes. But it’s awesome sometimes when you solve the problem and or frustrating when you cannot do it. You phrase of your life will be “Did you fixed it yet??????????” and “where is your councelings” lol. Love it and hate it 50/50
