Got notification of a 100% HT/WT, can a unit do this if all current HT/WT scores remain valid until further notice?

I’m not worried, but can the unit flag individuals for this if they have a passing HT/WT?

While the EXORD and current FRAGOs permit current height/weight measurements to remain valid the EXORD does not forbid Commanders from directing a height/weight at their discretion. Soldiers are still responsible to maintain the standards of AR 600-9 even though their old weigh-in remains valid. A new height/weight can still be administered at any time and a Soldier can still be flagged for ABCP. The EXORD simply gives Commanders the ability to extend current weights, it does not forbid new weigh-ins from happening, be they spot checks or even a 100 percent weigh-in, just so long as the whole company isn't crowded in together at once.

FRAGO 2 3.B.9 states "Soldiers and units will continue to comply with ABCP standards". How can you tell if Soldiers are within standard if you don't measure? A commander can place a flag if a Soldier is not in compliance. The commander is responsible for safety and ensuring mitigation measures are taken (per the order).

I understand current ht/wt records remain valid, but it doesn't prevent testing.
AR 600-9 says Soldiers should be screened a minimum of every 6 months and Commanders have the authority to direct a body fat assessment on any Soldier that they determine does not present a Soldierly appearance

You are referring to the section in regards to individuals enrolled in ABCP

You asked if the unit could violate the EXORD, I'm asking if it is worded in such a way that there is a violation. I wouldn't recommend it and I hope that the command has a plan in place to ensure everyone's safety.
You could always ask JAG.

From my understanding, it takes an O6 approval to conduct any Ht/Wt right now.
